A free program for young people with disabilities in the Pikes Peak Region & their families.

Who: Youth (ages 16-23) and their families in the Pikes Peak Region

When: April – December 2021

The program includes a 1-day workshop, monthly webinars and individual support for building your network.

Where: Online (Zoom) meetings and as arranged.


Youth and families will receive training on building a personal network during transition and individual help from trained network facilitators. Participants will develop selfadvocacy skills, learn how to build and maintain supportive relationships, and plan for the future in a positive, strengths-based way!
